I unfortunately had someone use my credit card to fraudulently order products from the DermaDream website. I contacted them by phone and spoke with a gentleman named Mahad. He was kind, understanding and took care of this problem for me. Mahad processed a refund for me immediately and took the time to explain the entire process. He is an excellent customer agent/manager. All customer agents/managers should strive to be like Mahad. Thank you Mahad, you made my day!
