Don't buy from them unless you want to deal with hooligans contractors!!!
I was expecting them to be a decent company but ended up have to deal with third party contractor who are irresponsible crooks who broke my working fan during installation and his ladder also left scratches on my new laminated floor! Not only installer refused to take responsibility but insisted that it was an accident and said I just have to count myself unlucky. When I refer matter to Prism customer service, they gang up with their installer and accused me of lying about my damaged fan and pushed me around to different teams for almost a month without follow up actions despite several emails to chase them. Dealing with their customers support is a pain! I also noticed when I read through the warranty that while they tried to market the fan warranty as lifetime motor, 6 yrs light kit etc, all these come with hidden transportation and labour costs. They also include many terms to render the warranty void such as if you choose to have an independent professional electrician installed the fan instead, the warranty will be void because it MUST be installed by their hooligan contractors! Unfortunately I have also bought a 65" Prism tv due to slightly cheaper price and I got what I paid for, very poor quality! My other Sharp wide screen tv volume is normally set at 20/100 and will be very loud but Prism tv has to set above 60/100 to get similar loudness. Sound is totally flat and mono although surround sound setting is enabled. Bought another 65" Xiaomi tv which is cheaper but quality is way better! Lesson learned is to stay away from Prismplus brand which is but an OEM stick on brand by china manufacturer with no integrity. Prism is just like the previous Akira with all the bells and whistles but later suddenly closed shop and disappeared. Best to just stick to established brands.
