I'll start by saying that my package hasn't arrived yet; I placed an order at the end of February, ordering a dress for my eighteenth birthday. I paid express shipping, around €30, to get it as soon as possible and it should arrive in 7-12 days. Well, two weeks have passed and my dress as of today 03/15 has not yet been shipped! They told me that " the seamstresses have to finish working on it "and that it will be shipped as soon as possible. I specified in 5 different emails that we need to speed up the process otherwise it is impossible for my dress to arrive on time. They told me on Tuesday 12th that my dress had been shipped. LIE! I wrote another email because they hadn't yet sent me a tracking code, they replied telling me that the actual shipment had not yet been did. I can't speak yet about the quality and fit of the dress, just that you can't trust the shipping...buy 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE IF YOU NEED IT. Only good point goes to Tracy, a worker, she is very helpful and she responds very quickly but she doesn't speak clearly. She avoids answering uncomfortable questions. Never again
