Troubleshooting folded roti issue
I had an unexpected behavior where the rotis started getting stuck to the upper side of the plate and therefore started to stick over the kicker and fold. 4/6 rotis were wasted. I contacted the support team via app chat and Aliza helped me through the troubleshooting process. Cleaning, oiling the back pan/plates basically resolved the issue. Test run after additional settings and the clean up gave me 5 good/ normal rotis. Thanks to Aliza for supporting with patience. Reading a lot of negative reviews made me anxious if my less than a year old machine is breaking down as well, but let's say we are back making rotis after what I hope a temporary glitch! I'm keeping 1 star out because the issue that shouldn't have occurred in first place ;)
