Assumed it was a scam.. was pleasently suprised
What can I say. My partner didn't realise she needed a VISA for India. I found their website, spoke with them on the phone, paid up and 15 hours later a VISA arrived way faster than it would have done if we'd gone direct through the government website. Based on all the reviews I was convinced this was a scam but we tried anyway. I suspect the other reviews are accurate, i don't think it's a GUARENTEE they'll get it turned around every time, but in our case their service was honestly flawless. Communication could have been a bit more reassuring, but they were very responsive.
