Quality of products and service is lacking
In November I ordered 3 rings from moon magic spending over €200. One for myself and 2 for a sister. Of the 3 I ordered, after 2 months of wear the diamond fell out of one and another has turned yellow. The stone was previously opal and is now just yellow and green. We contacted moon magic about the missing diamond which they have said is not down to their craftsmanship and is just down to ‘wear and tear’. My sister works a desk job, she isn’t doing manual labour. There isn’t a mark of the ring suggesting any wear and tear and I personally would expect more than 2 months from a ring costing over €80. When they originally arrived I was really happy with them. Packaging and everything was lovely but the quality is definitely lacking and the company’s unwillingness to help or take ownership of the issue is just not acceptable.
