Returns are SLOW!
Returns are SLOW! Mailed my return on June 18 using the Cooibar shipping label. It was tracked as delivered on June 29 (which in itself is longer than normal). As of July 14, I still have not received my refund. I called and they say I can expect the refund 15 business days after receipt. For most companies, this is the 'long pole' for busy periods, I suspect Coolibar just holds for the full 15 days for cash flow. Very disappointing.
