Don't order watches from Original Grain
I recently ordered what we thought would be a beautiful, unique, and American-made product. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. The watch face was advertised to display "Old No. 7 Brand," which is the Jack Daniels brand. However, the watch face arrived blank. I contacted the company, and they asked for pictures. After I sent them, their response was that the wood grain doesn't always match the advertisement due to the natural variations. Their solution was either to return the product for another one (which they confirmed wouldn't arrive by Christmas) or to receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices of this company. I feel misled, like many others I've read about this holiday season. It's unacceptable to take advantage of customers, especially during this time of year. I would advise others to avoid Original Grain.
