The worst customer service I have experienced
The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Nobody answers my emails and, after 5 online chats and the reassurance that my case would be addressed within 3 working days I still know nothing about why, after 6 weeks, I haven’t had a refund of £115.20. If one more online chat representative tells me to ‘kindly wait until the returns team have scanned the parcel’ I think I might combust! 😂 If somebody actually got in touch I would be more likely to ‘kindly wait.’ Having lived in the US I was a HUGE champion for Anthropologie when it arrived here in the UK. Alas - I’ll no longer endorse it and will tell friends to avoid. I wonder if they're about to go into administration? Please be careful ordering online from Anthro!
