Totally a scam / fake reviews
Totally a scam. Bought an esim and it failed while installing from QR code, no response from support. Luckily I used PayPal so I could refund that purchase, but it was a huge waste of time, which is even more valuable than money. I went to leave a review on their site which displayed so many positive reviews, and it didn't show up. After looking at it further I saw you can't even view their negative reviews on their site, so those positive reviews are very likely fake. Do yourself a favour and choose a more professional company. Edit: your team responded hours after I already had to refund my purchase (Which by the way was almost instant through PayPal dispute.. I guess that shows your reputation with them) and AFTER I posted this review. Also if what you say about reviews is true please link me to my negative review showing on your site. I used airalo and it worked instantly and perfectly. Highly recommend that company because it works as advertised.
