In general, I have a positive relationship with Evolve. My only real complaint is the requirement that I list a reason for blocking a date to prevent a reservation. The list of reasons for the block doesn't provide all the possible reasons. There really is no reason to have to list a reason for blocking a date. I own The Barn and blocking a date should be my choice.
Kentfaith advertises its products as returnable, but do not say they want you to return the product to an address in China with a shipping cost of more than the cost of the product. I ordered a CoolTech microscope for photographing my old coins, but the magnification was inadequate, so I returned it to the warehouse in Illinois from which I received it. But Kentfaith refused to reimburse my cost unless the product was shipped to China. And then only if the product was not operable. Fortunately, my credit card company reimbursed my payment and billed Kenfaith for the cost. If a company is going to promote the option to return a product, the customer should not be required to pay the cost of shipment to China.
