My original estimate of value was $301 for my iPhone 16e. I think I was objective in evaluating my phones condition and carefully examined it for scratches prior to sending it in. Suddenly my phone had "scratches on the display" and after several surprise fees for downgrading my phones condition to average. I end up getting $198.00. I won't make this mistake again!! Edit: After posting the above review I did hear back from Buyback Boss. Although they stand my their evaluation of my phone's condition they did offer to raise the value of my buyback to the $281.00 original estimate. I thank them for their customer focus. I am adjusting my rating accordingly.
