Get some rest!
If sleeping is important to you, just sign up. We enrolled our 2 yr old daughter in the Batelle program when she was still nursing roughly every two hours, including through the night and sleeping in our bed. Within a few weeks, after following the program, our daughter was able to follow her routine and fall asleep within 15 minutes. She now sleeps through the night with no problems. The program really changed our lives. Our daughter is having fewer tantrums. I'm able to speak in coherent sentences now and am a much more pleasant person since I'm not constantly sleep-deprived.
