Scam Billing System
I paid a full year online, and I had 4 agents under my account while paying. The payment page doesn't show a breakdown. After paying, I realize that I only need 2 agents, so I delete the rest of 2, and ask for a refund within a few hours through online chat. They said no refund, no exception. Such a scam company.
