My experience: Update: I originally posted that I thought the customer service was a bit hit-or-miss. However, Max from Militado reached out to clarify and even offer recompense, which I really appeciate. I was honestly impressed by this reponse to customer feedback and feel compelled to modify my initial review. TLDR - Even if you have problems, there is a genuine willingness to make it right.
