We used to be a happy customer but things changed. Things started going down hill when I recommended a business contact for aspire - and they tried to get out of paying the commission. Very embarassing experience for me with my business contact. Then the cashback went from 3% on high spend to 1% now. Recently they charged me >100 SGD for an international transfer. They then held the transfer for some obscure reason and It took customer service more then a week to find out. Meanwhile we couldnt pay our business partners. They also dropped our account manager without notice and and and. Cannot recommend right now.
