Bad customer service
I went to miniso two three days ago with my mom,and the staffs and the guard was greeting everyone with"welcome to miniso "Even the male customers, but when we entered there was no greetings at all!And we weren't even assisted no one assisted us, expect one employee who was at the last section of the store.Even the male customers were assisted, but not we. We ended up buying nothing being disappointed. We were wearing casual clothes not that fancy.I think the stuffs judged us for that. It was very awful experience!You guys need to interview your stuffs properly before hiring them! ASAP!
