Don't bother
Don't bother, I am having to battle these con artists. I have a Blackview Tab 15, I purchased in Nov 2022. It comes with a 2 year warranty. They offered to fix, or I can get it fixed and they will pay for repair. Great but they can't get the part for 3 months, so any local repair company won't be able to either So I said I will have a replacement model Told I can't ......so told them still in Warranty Offered me half as said I had had it over a year Reminded them of UK consumer law. They have offered me a lower spec model.....it's not happening I will be going to Amazon next and will be informing them. Don't bother with these, get a relatable brand that won't rip you off
