HIgh priced slow deilvery
I wasn' thrilled to learn the item had to be shipped from Italy. I have received orders from China much faster and it turns the item was made in China! Ihould have ordered it from......China! The part does not attach to every surface as shown in the advertisement and now I have 2 more mounts that are not any more useful to me that the others that have the same mouting problems. The magnet is far to weak to hold my phone steady and it frequently falls off the mount bounces off theconsole andends up under my feet while still driving. Not good! The piviots are hard to adjust but I understand why. BUt the arm feels like it will break every times I try to adjust them. Overall I think you have clever advertising to sell an inferior product at a premium price. I won't be recommending the product or your company to anyone I know and I am retiring the items before my phone falls of and then I need a new phone. This is....junk!
