I ordered a car phone mount and never received it. Elegantof insisted it was delivered. I contacted no less than 20 times by email, because they have no legitimate phone number. They provided me with a tracking # that showed the product looped all around the United States for 2 months. When I took tracking number to US Post Office they found the product had a fraudulent label and it continued through the looping system until it was destroyed per their policy. I contacted Elegantof and they refused to refund still insisting it was delivered.
Terrible! Ordered one unit, only to be charged for 3 units. Why would I want 3, only have 1 phone. Was told I would get some money back but never did.
My goal is to make sure no one else gets screwed. Will be filing a claim with about your company
The sizing on the tops is small. Not loose fitting as advertised. The shipping took a long time. Frustrated. Will keep but not what I thought I was buying.
Liked that Maltipoo no longer choked drinking water. Disliked the sound of the ball scraping on the plastic holder, lack of instruction on how to use the bowl, and small capacity of the water container. Seems expensive for a plastic bowl.
I received my sewing kit on June 18, so I have not used it yet. However needle's material looks of good quality as well as the threads. I hope they will fulfill what they promised.
Well it has no rubber or any form of grip on bottom so dish must be on carpet to hold still. Also the plastic is not durable to with stand the jaws n teeth of a dog. When they lick it all n no more then they try to take it apart n chew. So they can only use them when monitored. Was hoping to keep them calm when I was gone.
I only have 2 complaints. The first is how long it took to get the package,and the second is that it should be in a case so that everything isn't lost. Otherwise,I like everything. The needles are strong and even with my hands,I can hold them.

The communication was outstanding! I received email updates about the tracking of my items, however the item itself is not as advertised. Don't get me wrong, they still work for my dogs, however they're not a rubbery anti-slip base they are made out of a cheap thin hard plastic that slide all over the floor. All I did was simply put them on a no slip rug put the ingredients inside for the doggies and they loved their new treat toys! I wish one day there would be some real advertising for these unusual products for our pets.
The time to receive my purchase was very long. If the time between buying the product and receiving the product could be shortened, that would be helpful.
Also, more frequent updates on where it is in the shipping process.
