no more phone support
I remember choosing this company to host domains for their good customer service rating.... Fast forward to this years renewal to discover all phone support has been pulled. So a two week process that ended in me transfering to another company. around a dozen emails to get a "password reset" sent??? and finally told cant log in anyway without a laborious check that i am me app...... in a word useless!
