I’m in disbelief
I’m in disbelief. I bought 2 simple 24 x24 filters. Went to put the filter in and it didn’t fit. I immediately thought I ordered the wrong size so I looked at the old filter and it was 24x24 as well. It literally is One half inch shy both ways and will get sucked in the intake shaft right away. People need to be warned that this company is not paying attention.
