Horrible terrible customer service
Horrible terrible customer service. The dough part which is made of cheap plastic broke. I ordered a replacement 2 months ago. They have not responded to any of my last few emails or their customer service chat which is clearly just AI generated replies. For a $1000+ machine using such cheap plastic itself is just pathetic and they can't even be bothered to help with replacement. Money making tactics. Stay away from them and just buy store bought rotis
