Need a more realistic ETA. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for tracking anc shipping date. Still have not received an update. Let us know a honest ETA. it.
The Sales team are hard to work with they can never give you a clear ETA. I ordered a product and was told they would get shipped as soon as possible my client needs them. I am discouraged it has almost been 2 weeks since we ordered the product. When I call they can't provide any information. Not too reliable the sales team. Better communication between buyers and or operations and Sales Team. Please explain.
