Misleading ads and heavy tarnishing
I recently bought the synthesis earrings n1. First of all: the advertising is misleading, they mention everywhere that they’re silver, in the filter/item description it says silver and in purchase confirmation it did aswell. Come to find out that only the earposts are silver and the rest are tarnish-free brass (again, you really have to look for this information, by clicking “see more” on the product page. I have actively worn them for less than a month and they have completely infected my ears (I own plenty of silver jewelry, which I’ve never had any issues with). They are also completely tarnished and the joints of the earrings have even turned blue/green. They smell awful, like rust and I’m overall really disappointed with the product that was NOT cheap. I contacted support and they’re giving me the run around not having stored them properly and about having an allergic reaction. However, I have never had an allergic reaction to silver and even then these tarnish proof earrings shouldn’t have tarnished in the matter of weeks.
