Slightly disappointed, but not a deal breaker
I have ordered 2 skirts and a dress from this company. The dress and the skirt with flared panels, I have no qualms with. Shipping as expected, and quality exceeded expectations. The gathered linen skirt was a little disappointing. I ordered the 2 skirts together and the plum linen didn’t arrive within the 25 day window. So I contacted customer service, and they said essentially it was on back order, and I could pick another color. I said i was happy to wait, I just didn’t know what was going on. The replied that they found one in my size. They were quick with replies, but I feel like they forgot to send it, and lied that they were out of stock. When it arrived, the color and length are wonderful, but I think they use the same amount of skirt to gather regardless size. The skirt looks much fuller on the petite model than it does on the XL I got, which is a bit disappointing, because this was the more expensive skirt. All in all, I would order again, business are business.
