Great experience, happy to recommend
I signed up for shift 21 at a time I was gaining weight in an unexplained manner. I had never followed any kind of diet before and had a healthy dose of skepticism in diets and having someone else control the way I eat. My experience with Jasmine was none of those. She is extremely personable and ready to work with you in a manner that suits not only your nutritional needs but also your palate. She genuinely cares about you which is very apparent with the number of times she checks up on your well-being in the three weeks. Her methods and advice are very practical and her software program makes it very easy for you to check the nutritional content of the food you are consuming. My attitude towards food, sleep and exercise changed for the better during my time with her and the shift 21 program turned my food habits into a more protein based diet in the long run. I was also one of her more ‘successful’ clients who lost 2kg at the end of the 21 days.
