Avoid! I had exactly the same experience as the previous customer. The parcel arrived over the Christmas period (we are based in the UK) - it was supposed to arrive before. We missed the delivery. We were unable to retrieve the item from royal mail. When contacting the Kawaii shop directly we were informed that the item would be in a royal mail holding centre. We have attached evidence that the item has been returned to sender as per royal mail tracking website. The Kawaii team maintains that the item is at a royal mail holding centre and refused to resend the item or reimburse the amount. I would avoid at all costs!
