One kit involving a black cat was ordered as a present for me, when it arrived the threads were wrong, it was navy instead. I had in the meantime placed another order. It arrived within the UK in 8 days however it has spent the last 3 weeks travelling up and down the country because they have incorrectly addressed my parcel. I've contacted the sender and Royal Mail to try to get help. They've now decided it has to be returned all the way to China when it was literally 18 miles from my house. I'm told it may take 60 days to arrived back to China, I cannot get a refund until it does and I have to pay the P+P as I'm returning the item, which I never received in the first place. I've emailed them numerous times however their customer service is lacking. Will never use them again or recommend them. Very disappointed. After writing this review the company did reach out to me and made sure my parcel has the correct address on it this time. It was re routed and immediately sent to me. Their customer service was much better. Although it has taken almost a month to get here it has arrived today. The chart is clear, the colours are correct and I am grateful I have finally received it.
