Very poor communication skills at Vodien...
I'm surprised to realize that the quality of customer service quality at Vodien today is really bad. The agent (Ms Ammy) I communicated with was unable to resolve my issue with my website, unable to provide accurate information on the pricing and exchange rates. Taking too long to respond and refuse to speak to me via phone when i called her during our chat time. Secondly another agent (Mr Sheen) responded very poorly by saying his computer is not working well. I have been a customer of Vodien past +10 years and this is very disappointing. Hope this can be improved.
