I am so glad I decided to give WeightCare a try when I was looking to start a GPL-1 medication. The medication supply has been consistent, the cost reasonable, and their customer support is very responsive. I have lost over 40 pounds and I owe it to WeightCare!!
The quality of the sweatshirt I ordered was subpar and looked nothing like the picture advertised. I sent multiple emails requesting to make a return per the website instructions but they would reply each time that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and would not provide the address to make the return. I replied several times that I understood I would need to pay the return shipping cost and that I needed the address to make the return and they never sent it to me.
