Wisey only care about the cash...
Appalling customer service, prioritising ripping customers off over building customer satisfaction!! Downloaded the app to seek a productivity boost, but after signing-up, clicked to add an add-on that did not initially state it was chargeable, and I was charged almost the same as a monthly payment. I immediately emailed, explained & asked for a refund and was refused, repeatedly. Wisey chose to take £18 over the potential of a year's subscription from a loyal customer... not very wise(y). I haven't used the app as a result, cancelled my subscription and they won't get another penny from me! I'll be going to a competitor that treats potential customers better. If you choose wisey, make the decision knowing that they care more about revenue than they do about you!!
