Have paid for membership and can see my lost files but unable to 'gain' authorisation to download my files. It keeps saying I need to refresh authorisation or to buy another membership / plan! Bought this because I needed some work things resolved desperately but I have just wasted 2 hours of my life, almost $100 and have been able to get no where!
