I am extremely disappointed with Moza
I am extremely disappointed with Moza. The shipping costs to the UK are excessively high, customs fees are unexpectedly burdensome, and the delivery times are far too long. Overall, the shipping and handling process is very frustrating. On top of that, I canceled an order that was neither processed nor paid, yet I lost all my points. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. I expected much better service, but my experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I cannot recommend Moza based on this experience.
