The worst airline ever to book with we booked to go to Bali in October and they’ve cancelled our flight three times the last time they cancelled it they said they cancelling and there will be no more flights until further notice. Trying to get my refund now since June 21 I’ve been trying to get my refund nothing Speaking to the robots useless not helpful at all if anything please do not fly with this airline they don’t pay you back your money they give you the option to get a refund, but actually, they don’t give you back your money . They keep on dragging the process.

I booked a trip to Bali for myself and…

I booked a trip to Bali for myself and my partner using eSky. I regret my decision as the flights were cancelled twice by the airline. When requested a refund the airline told me to contact eSky because they took the payment. I requested a refund on the 21 June and haven’t heard anything from them since then. Whenever I query it every agent I speak to they tell me the request has not been processed yet. They keeps telling me that they have information the airline about my refund but I haven’t heard anything from them. All I want is my money that I paid them. The service is bad. I advise you all not to use eSky bad customer service.
