The customer service is EXCELLENT
The customer service is EXCELLENT! I’m so impressed with the professionalism, graciousness, and expedience of care. Melvin was the representative I dealt with and the way he dealt with a piece of clothing for my wedding was so appreciated. Complete transparency , honesty and respect for the situation. There are not enough stars. That alone makes me want to put them at the top of my list of sites when I’m hunting for the perfect piece. Thank you Melvin and the whole team at Fwrd.
