Incontinence Therapy
3 years ago at the age of 70, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent a radical prostatectomy to remove the prostate along with portions of the surrounding area. Since that time, I have suffered from a loss of bladder control up to 200 ml per day. Since beginning the 21-Day Hip Opening Challenge, that output has been reduced to 20-40 ml per day—a reduction of 80-90%—which pelvic floor therapy under the care of a licensed physical therapist alone had so far failed to achieve. The results were immediate, and the syptoms returned following a brief change in schedule when I was unable to maintain daily practice. I am not a doctor, so I can't speak to the medical efficacy of these results. But speaking anecdotally purely as an individual, I submit that it has been of benefit to me personally.
