Good customer service
I really enjoy working with NextSmartShip, they have a user-friendly operating system that's really easy to use, and their customer service is good. They provide 24- hour customer service through live chat, which is also very convenient for my customers to use. There are some bumps on the ride, but they always make it right for me and my customers, so I really appreciate it and definitely would recommend their service.
