Bus no show at 1am. Ruined my travel
At least my third visa card was accepted to buy the bus ticket. Redbus is a man in the middle of a man in the middle of a bus company. If things work this is not a problem. But if there are problems, don't expect any help or support. My bus had about 1h delay. And then left out my bus stop in zirakpur to make up for it it seams. This let me stranded in the middle of nowhere at night at 1am. I did not find a way to get a refund. I wonder why...
