I ordered 1 wig on 2/13/26 and have yet to receive it. I have sent several emails and still nothing. Also was told through an email that I would get $10 back but it is not even showing up on my account. I am going to let others know not to buy anything from your company. And I am going to also have Award Winning Investigative Reporter, know how you take money from consumers. Today (3/6/26) I received what I thought was the wig I ordered. What I actually got was the opposite. It is not the same and it is not human hair. It is nothing like the photo. I am beyond upset. And it came from CHINA not the US warehouse.BEWARE!!! I copied /paste the lies. 3/31/26- These people are crooks!!!! This is the reply about US warehouse below. Hi, I hope all is well. Because our US warehouse is ruined due to attacked by someone. We have the china return warehouse now. Please not worry, you will get the full refund as long as mail it back by following the instructions, especially write value less than 20 USD.
