customer service Ultimate…Edge
I was considering purchasing Ultimate Edge program and called customer service twice with questions before making a decision. Unfortunately, i was unable to reach anyone and my calls were not returned. So, I decided not to buy it. I hope the company improves its customer service and its follow up process.
