Dishonest and misleading
Dishonest, misleading business practice. What they show as a one time purchase is actually a sneaky subscription that you have to opt out of, but it's not clear at all when you sign up. I purchased a guide on psoas release, at a cost of around $10aud. I had not had time to look at it, or any of the marketing emails they sent (there were around 10 over a 3 day period..) so I missed the email about cancelling to avoid further charges. Why would I be concerned about further charges when I made a ONE TIME purchase though? Reading through reviews on here, this seems to be a recurrent issue. The company lacks integrity, and I'm left feeling scammed and disappointed. ………………………….. And yes, I did see your response. A basic “too bad, can’t help you” response, denying any wrongdoing despite the many reviews on here than are highlighting a lack of transparency, and what are clearly deceptive tactics to take people’s money. I’m now out of pocket around $75AUD for a service I did not knowingly sign up for, for information I could ask ChatGPT for. Call it a lesson learned. BUYERS BEWARE.
