Very difficult to deal with this…
Very difficult to deal with this company after making a purchase. They are non responsive. I only got half of my order but from their site it looks like they shipped everything. Their quality is very cheap, but I find the designs very beautiful. Too bad honestly. Edit: These people are so incompetent its beyond me. After countless of emails and zero response, I was contacted via the website saying one of the dressed is out of stock and cant ship the rest of the order until they have that dress. I can also exchange it with another dress. I decided to repurchase the dress that was on stock with the hope it will arrive on time for my graduation. Mind that I purchased 3 dressed a month ahead and only one arrived. I contacted them to exchange my dresses, as the chat agent suggested. One day later, I got an email that my missing order has shipped after they saw my Trustpilot review. Zero communication through the email. Now I will end up with 2 of the same dresses, imagine that and I bet they are a nightmare for returns as well.
