Paid for a Plugin I Can’t Even Access (Google Login Broken)
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely frustrating from start to finish. I purchased a Pixel Film Studios stabilizer plugin and signed up using my Google account, which I use across multiple plugin services without any issues. However, immediately after purchase, I couldn’t even log in to use the product I paid for. The system kept throwing “invalid request” errors from Google, effectively locking me out of my account. What makes this worse is that this is a basic functionality like logging in and it completely failed. I wasn’t even able to reach the point of actually using the plugin. For a paid product, this is unacceptable. I don’t have time to wait weeks for support to respond just to fix a login issue that should never have happened in the first place. Because of this, I requested a refund. If you can’t provide a reliable and functional login system, you shouldn’t be selling products. This was a very disappointing experience.
