The Best Customer Service!
Recently purchased from Flaviar the Whiskey Advent Calendar. There was an issue so I contacted Customer Service. Within minutes I received a response with the recommended next steps. Those were accomplished and again within minutes a resolution was offered. From a very minor incident, Flaviar recognized Customer Satisfaction is indeed the most important aspect of business relations. I have never seen such quick, courteous, and direct action to get to an equitable resolution. This is the very best customer service I have ever experienced!
