Awful customer service
Very expensive and my item has not been delivered. When I tried to follow up with customer service I fell in to an endless loop of chat bots asking me the same information on repeat. I have emailed, got an automated reply saying it’s 48hours to get response, why not use the chatbot. Absolutely infuriating and in the meantime I’m £70 down and still have no idea where my item is 2 weeks later and counting ….. Update. All of a sudden when you write a trust pilot review you get a response!! Too late. Damage done.
