I like the platform but too impersonal
I like the platform, it is simple and easy to use, plus they always pay on time. However, I would love to have someone (person with a name) in charge that we can reach out with doubts or corcerns that is part of the local team where I am. I feel that having to deal with someone different each time I contact support is at a point exahuisting because I have to explain over and over a certain situation or insist with someone else because a matter has not been solved.
