One Outlet Order #1000275225
I purchased some things from One Outlet in September 2023 (Order #1000275225). The items did not arrive. We requested for a refund and have written in many, many, many emails to One Outlet. Each reply, they said that the refund is in progress, but it never came. We also tried to purchase things using the amount, but OneOutlet had a website problem which said "Temporarily: This item can't ship to Singapore". That "temporarily" has lasted many months now. We also wrote to OneOutlet but have never gotten this issue to be resolved.
