I applied for the 24-hour extra urgent fees. However, the visa was not granted within 24 hours or the regular three days. It was given nine days after my application (May 2-11). While I appreciate that it may have been beyond their control, the lack of communication and response to my inquiries during the process was frustrating. It aroused unnecessary suspicions and doubts about the company's authenticity. I noticed that there was no mention of refunding the extra $99 that I paid as promised before starting my application. I hope that the amount is refunded.
