So far so good
I just started with NextSmartShip on April 22nd and their customer service is on point. Although their quoted times aren't always accurate. The processing time they told me was like 1- 2 days off, but honestly it's not an issue as the whole process is quite smooth, so I don't have to stress so much. Still a little early to pass judgement on them, but it's looking great.
